Terms of Service

By using the Aura Tech website or systems you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
01Scope of service
Aura Tech provides software systems, applications and custom development services as agreed in writing in the quote or contract. Any service not expressly stated is not part of the agreement.
02Subscription and payment
Subscription or development fees are paid according to the agreed schedule. Late payment may result in service suspension after prior notice. Published prices are subject to change with notice to existing customers.
03Intellectual property
Ready-made systems and their source code remain the property of Aura Tech; the customer is granted a non-exclusive right of use. Ownership of custom systems is defined in the contract. Customer data always remains the customer's property.
04Support and maintenance
The subscription includes technical support, bug fixes and periodic updates according to the chosen plan. New modifications or additional features are priced separately.
05Limitation of liability
We do our best to ensure service continuity and accuracy, but we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit resulting from misuse or outages beyond our control.
06Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' prior written notice. Upon termination we provide the customer with a copy of their data within a reasonable period.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
